Cookie policy

Last reviewed: 4 October 2026

AV3D Studio stores the bare minimum in your browser to work. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only thing that needs your permission is the visit statistics: we ask you in the cookie notice the first time you visit, and you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the website.

1. Cookies

These are our cookies. All of them are technical: they make the website work.

  • av3d_session: keeps you logged in for 30 days. Without it you cannot access your account.
  • av3d_oauth_state and av3d_oauth_terminos: only while you log in with Google, for 10 minutes at most. They protect that step and record that you accepted the terms.
  • av3d-idioma: remembers your language for a year (the one you choose or, if you have not chosen one, your browser’s), to show you the website in it.

When you pay for a plan or log in with Google you go through Stripe’s or Google’s pages, which use their own cookies under their policies. Cloudflare, which serves and protects the website, may set technical security cookies.

2. Browser storage

AV3D Studio also stores data in your browser’s storage (localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB). It stays on your computer and does not reach our servers unless you save or publish something to your account:

  • your language and interface preferences: the editor background color, the height of the technical panel, the open section, gallery favorites and recents, model rotations and the My projects view;
  • what you copy in the editor to paste it, and a temporary copy of the project to open the reports;
  • your report details and logo;
  • projects saved in this browser and the 3D objects you import;
  • your choice in the cookie notice (whether you accept or reject the statistics), for 12 months; after that we ask you again;
  • a flag for the session if your browser cannot use WebGPU.

3. Visit statistics

Only if you accept them in the cookie notice, we count website visits, without cookies. To know which pages are seen in the same visit, we keep a random identifier in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage), which is deleted when you close the tab. With each page view we store its address, the country, the domain of the website you came from and the device type. We do not store your IP, we do not count visits by administrators, and the data is deleted after 400 days.

If you reject them, nothing is stored or sent. You can change your mind at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the website.

4. How to delete them

You can delete AV3D Studio’s cookies and storage from your browser settings. If you do, you will be logged out and lose your preferences and any projects and objects stored only in that browser.
