Your equipment, in the setups of the people who use it

With AV3D Studio, video, lighting, sound and rigging technicians build the event in 3D and calculate it before they reach the venue. We want your equipment in the official library, with its exact data.

Why it matters to you

Present when the decision is made

Technicians choose equipment while they build the scene. If yours is in the library, it goes into the design, the equipment list and the report delivered to the client.

Calculated with your data

AV3D calculates with every data sheet: the lux and distances of a projector, the pixels and power of an LED screen, the sound pressure of a line array or the loads on a truss. With your data, the numbers come out right.

With its real shape

Your equipment, with its 3D model at real scale, in the scene, in the views from each lens and in the images the client sees.

Alongside the rest of the setup

Projection, LED, lighting, sound and rigging in the same scene: your equipment is seen and calculated with everything around it.

What we need

The more complete the documentation, the more faithful the equipment is in the scene and in the calculations.

3D models

The 3D model of each product with its real dimensions, in GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, STEP or another common format.

Lighting: GDTF

The GDTF file of each fixture: its 3D model, its modes and all its DMX channels come from it, just like on the console.

Projectors

Lumens, native resolution, contrast, dimensions, weight and power, and the compatible lenses with their throw ratio and lens shift.

LED screens

For each panel: pitch, dimensions, resolution, weight, average and maximum power, compatible processors and receiving cards, and the rigging system.

Sound

Dimensions and weight, horizontal and vertical dispersion, maximum SPL and power; for line arrays, the splay angles, the bumper and the maximum number of boxes per array.

Rigging

Truss: sections, pieces, dimensions, weight and load tables. Hoists: working load limit (WLL), weight and speed.

Checked data sheets

In AV3D Studio a data sheet is only marked as checked once it has been verified against the manufacturer’s documentation; until then it is approximate. With your documentation, the data sheets for your equipment become checked.

How it works

  1. 1

You write to us with the form below and tell us which equipment you want to see in AV3D Studio.

  2. 2

We answer and you send us the documentation: 3D models, GDTF files and data sheets, or the link to download them.

  3. 3

We build the data sheets, show them to you for review and publish them in the official library as checked. If something changes or you launch a new product, let us know and we update them.
